Easy micro in the Odenwald just south of Darmstadt.

From time to time, there is an outdoor art exhibition in this section of the Odenwald south of Darmstadt. Different art pieces are placed along the trail network through the woods. Most of the art pieces are removed after the end of the exhibition, but some pieces are left in the woods. I can only presume that this is one of them; other examples can be seen nearby, at the "Agent 22" cache. There are other caches on the trails nearby to make a good circuit hike.

The cache name comes from the children's song, "Old MacDonald Had A Farm." If you know the song, or if you look it up, the meaning should be quite clear when you reach the cache site. I have been meaning to place a cache in these woods for quite some time, and with our Scottish caching trip coming up next week, what better time than now to place Old MacDonald?

You are looking for a pill bottle 35mm film container brown PETling 35mm film containter. No need to leave the trail for this cache, but please log it discreetly and replace it -- the trail is popular for walkers and bicyclists.

Please note: this cache is near the fenceline of Cambrai-Fritsch Kaserne. It is NOT NECESSARY to enter the kaserne to retrieve this cache!
