Just park at 32 16.490 x 110 42.710 & walk 0.55 miles. It's a bit of an elevation gain, but easy walking on an excellent trail. It'd be redundant to say head mauka.
I've been feeling nostalgic so I decided to create a cache of island trinkets. They're in an ammo can placed just a bit down from this nice, accessible trail that's quite close to home. Ms Ammo Can mentioned she'd rather have Hawaiian stash, but is willing to walk on the wild side now and then. She's watching the parking lot (so you can't sneak up on her), A mountain and Kitt Peak
